Friday, August 14thWelcome DrinksBlu Pointe120 Front Street, Newburgh, NY8:00 PM - 10:00 PM Cocktail Attire (dresses of any length for the ladies and button downs + khakis for the gentlemen)! Join us for drinks and live music to kick off our wedding weekend! For dinner recommendations before our cocktail party, we’ve shared some of our favorite spots in Beacon on our wedding website. Some of our favorites are Wild, Roundhouse, Carter's, and Melzingah (great bar food)!

Saturday, August 15thWedding Ceremony &amp; ReceptionThe Roundhouse2 E Main St, Beacon, NY5:00 PM - 11:00 PM Formal Attire (long dresses for the ladies and suits for the gentlemen)! Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. Guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 5:00pm! Transportation will be provided to and from our venue for all guests staying at the Hilton in Fishkill.Shuttles will depart from the Hilton at 4:40pm.At the conclusion of our reception, shuttles will depart from The Roundhouse at 11:00pm.A stop will be made at Carter's, where we are hosting our after party. For guests who prefer to walk, it is a short 5-minute walk!

After Party Carter's Restaurant and Events424 Main St, Beacon, NY11:00 PM - 1:00 AM Let's keep the party going! Join us at Carter's for drinks and late night food. Carter's is a short 5-minute walk from Roundhouse and a shuttle will be provided. Shuttles will also be provided from the after party to the Fishkill Hilton.

There are a limited number of rooms at the Roundhouse hotel! Guests can book over the phone or directly through the website provided.

We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Poughkeepsie/Fishkill! This hotel is a 10 minute drive from the Roundhouse. Shuttles will be provided to and from our wedding.To book a room through our room block, please call the Hilton directly at 845-896-7100 and reference the "Geisenheimer &amp; Garavente wedding" or the group code "934".

If you're looking for a cute, downtown-Beacon stay, The Dutchess Inn &amp; Spa is a great pick! It's just under a mile from the Roundhouse.&nbsp;
